RPSC Veterinary Officer Vacancy 2025: Good news for the youth preparing for government jobs in Rajasthan! In July, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) had announced recruitment for more than 12,000 posts in various departments, including the Agriculture Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Home Department, and School Education Department. Out of these, the registration process for Veterinary Officer Recruitment is starting today from 5th August.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced direct recruitment to 1100 posts of Veterinary Officer. The registration process for these posts is going to starting from today, i.e., 5th August, 2025. Interested candidates will be able to apply for this recruitment on 3 September 2025 (till midnight). The recruitment examination is proposed to be held on 19th April 2026.
Additional relaxation of three years in the age limit
The age of the candidates applying should be between 20 and a maximum of 40 years as on January 1, 2026. This time, the commission has given additional relaxation of three years in the age limit. Due to recruitment after a long time, the commission has given relief in the age limit to the candidates this time.
Candidates are advised to visit the official website of the commission rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in for educational qualification, reservation application fee, and other important details.
The recruitment exam will be an objective (MCQ) type, and the detailed syllabus will be released later on the commission's website. Applications will be accepted only through online mode. An offline application will not be valid.
Recruitment announced for 12,121 posts.
Last month, the commission issued advertisements for recruitment to 12,121 posts in different departments. In these, advertisements for recruitment were issued for 281 posts for Assistant Agricultural Engineer (Agriculture Department), 1100 posts for Veterinary Officer (Animal Husbandry Department), 1015 posts for Sub Inspector/ Platoon Commander (Home Department-Group-1), 3225 posts for Professor & Coach (School Education Department), 6500 posts for Senior Teacher (Secondary Education Department).
