The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Prosecution Officers. Candidates aspiring for government jobs in Rajasthan will soon be able to apply for these Assistant Prosecution Officer positions. Under this recruitment drive, a total of 371 APO posts will be filled. Candidates can visit the official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, to apply starting from June 08. The deadline for submitting applications has been set for July 07, 2026.

**Educational Qualification**
To apply, candidates must hold a degree in Law from a recognized institution in India. Additionally, candidates must possess working knowledge of Hindi in the Devanagari script and have an understanding of the culture of Rajasthan.

**Age Limit**
To be eligible to apply, candidates must be at least 21 years of age, and their maximum age must not exceed 40 years. Male candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), More Backward Classes (MBC), and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of Rajasthan State will be granted an age relaxation of five years. Similarly, female candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories of Rajasthan State will be granted an age relaxation of 10 years.

**Registration Fee**
The registration fee for applying to the APO posts has been determined category-wise. The registration fee is set at ₹600 for candidates belonging to the General category, the 'Creamy Layer' of the OBC, and the 'Creamy Layer' of the MBC. For candidates belonging to the Unreserved category, the registration fee is set at ₹400.

**Exam Pattern**
A written examination will be conducted for the candidates. The exam will consist of questions worth 300 marks based on the subject of Law, and questions worth 100 marks based on the subjects of English and Hindi. To qualify in this examination, candidates belonging to the Unreserved category are required to secure a minimum of 40% marks, while candidates belonging to the Reserved categories are required to secure a minimum of 35% marks.
