RPSC APO 2026 Notification: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer, has released the official notification for the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) recruitment for 2026. Who Can Apply?
For this recruitment, a candidate must be a citizen of India. The applicant must hold an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a recognized university.

Regarding the age limit, candidates belonging to the General Category must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2027. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted relaxation in the upper age limit in accordance with government rules.

Application Fee
The application fee has been fixed at ₹600 for candidates belonging to the General category and the Creamy Layer of OBC/MBC categories. Meanwhile, candidates from Rajasthan belonging to the OBC (NCL), MBC (NCL), EWS, SC, and ST categories are required to pay a fee of ₹400. The application fee for candidates with disabilities has also been set at ₹400.
