RLDA Recruitment 2026: The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has announced recruitment for the positions of Site Engineer for its projects located across India. Candidates holding a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering are eligible to apply for this recruitment drive. According to the notification issued by the Rail Land Development Authority, there is a total of 40 vacancies for the post of Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical). This includes 30 vacancies for Civil Engineering and 10 for Electrical Engineering.

Upon securing the position of Site Engineer in the Rail Land Development Authority's projects, the selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹76,000.

**Educational Qualification**

A B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute, with a minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates). Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in fields related to construction, development, electrical works, MEP, etc., gained within Central Government/State Government departments, Central/State PSUs, or other private organizations.

**Maximum Age Limit**
The maximum age limit for this Site Engineer recruitment is 45 years. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, as well as Persons with Disabilities (PwD), will be granted age relaxation in the maximum age limit in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government of India.
