RITES Limited has announced a large recruitment drive for 400 Assistant Manager positions in engineering and technical fields. The application process will begin on November 26, 2025, and continue until December 25, 2025. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official RITES career portal.

This recruitment drive covers various departments, including civil, electrical, mechanical, metallurgy, chemicals, IT, food technology, and pharma. Regionally, the vacancies include 149 in the Northern Region, 97 in the Eastern Region, 92 in the Western Region, and 62 in the Southern Region.

Under this recruitment drive, 120 positions will be filled in Civil, 55 in Electrical, 150 in Mechanical, 10 in S&T, 26 in Metallurgy, 11 in Chemical, 14 in IT, 12 in Food Technology, and 2 in Pharma.

The educational qualification for these positions is a full-time bachelor's degree. A graduation in a relevant subject is required for all engineering branches. For Pharma, a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience after post-graduation. Training, internships, or PhD research will not be counted as experience.

Regarding the age limit, the maximum age limit is 40 years as of December 25, 2025. OBC candidates will receive a 3-year age relaxation, SC/ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, and differently-abled candidates will receive a 10-year age relaxation.

The application fee is ₹600 + taxes for General and OBC categories, and ₹300 + taxes for EWS, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates. The fee must be paid online.
