Oil India Recruitment 2025: Recruitment has been announced for many posts by Oil India Limited. For which candidates can apply by visiting the official site?

Oil India Limited has brought out a great job opportunity for the youth. The company has announced recruitment for more than 100 posts in Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. Interested candidates can apply online through its official website.
A total of 102 posts are included in this recruitment. These include 3 posts of Superintendent Engineer, 97 posts of Senior Officer, 1 post of Confidential Secretary and 1 post of Hindi Officer. That is, the maximum opportunities are at the Senior Officer level.
The educational qualification for these posts has been fixed differently. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Law or Geology. At the same time, professional degrees like ICAI, ICSI, MBA or PGDM are mandatory for some posts.
Talking about the age limit, the maximum age limit is 37 years for Grade C, 34 years for Grade B and 42 years for Grade A. The reserved category will also be given relaxation as per the rules. SC and ST candidates will get the benefit of additional relaxation of 5 years, OBC 3 years, Divyang candidates 10 years and ex-servicemen up to 5 years.
The application fee is different category wise. Candidates of General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 plus GST. Whereas the application is absolutely free for SC, ST, PWBD, EWS and ex-servicemen candidates.
The candidates selected for Grade A posts will get a salary of Rs 50 thousand to Rs 1.6 lakh every month. The pay scale is fixed from Rs 60 thousand to 1.8 lakh for Grade B posts and Rs 80 thousand to 2.2 lakh for Grade C posts. Apart from this, allowances and other facilities will also be available to the employees.
The selection process will be in two phases. First, the candidates will have to appear for a computer-based test (CBT) and the successful candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the performance in both the phases.
