Recruitment for the posts of Gram Vikas Adhikari in this state, application process will start soon

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has issued a notification for the recruitment of 850 posts of Gram Vikas Adhikari. Applications can be filled online from 19 June to 18 July 2025.

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), Jaipur has issued a notification for recruitment to a total of 850 posts of Gram Vikas Adhikari (VDO). What is the age limit?

The age of the candidate applying for these posts should be between 18 to 40 years. As per government rules, reserved category candidates of Rajasthan will get age relaxation. Female candidates of general category, male candidates of SC/ST, OBC, EWS will get 5 years relaxation. At the same time, women candidates of these categories will get 10 years relaxation.

What should be the educational qualification?

For the post of Gram Vikas Adhikari, the candidate should have a graduation degree from a recognized university. Also, O level computer certificate or diploma in computer science / application is also required.

What is the application fee?

The candidate will have to pay the application fee. The fee for general category, creamy layer OBC and MBC has been kept at Rs 600. While for non-creamy layer OBC, MBC, SC, ST, Divyang, the fee is Rs 400. The fee will be paid through online mode.

How will the selection be done?

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. A total of 160 multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam, which will be of 200 marks.

Subjects: Hindi-English Language Knowledge, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Geography of Rajasthan, Agriculture and Economic Resources, History and Basic Computer

Exam Duration: 3 hours

Negative Marking: 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
