The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released a notification for the recruitment of over 1100 ITI Training Officer positions under the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development, and Employment. The objective of this recruitment is to appoint qualified trainers in the industrial training institutes of the state. The application process has already started on January 17, 2026, and candidates can apply online until January 31, 2026.

What are the eligibility criteria?
Regarding eligibility, different educational criteria have been set for different posts. Generally, candidates must have passed high school or an equivalent examination and possess an ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade, NAC (Apprenticeship), or a 2-year diploma. In addition, candidates with a graduation degree or polytechnic diploma in the relevant subject from a recognized university or board are also eligible to apply. For the Training Officer (Steno English) position, a graduation or post-graduation degree, along with an English stenography speed of 100 words per minute, is mandatory.

Age Limit
The minimum age for this recruitment is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 40 years. The age will be calculated as of January 1, 2027.
