Recruitment for Grade B posts in RBI, applications will start from this date; read details

If you wish to work in the Reserve Bank of India i.e. RBI, then this news is for you only. Applications have been invited for recruitment to the posts of Grade B Officers in the Reserve Bank of India i.e. RBI. However, the application process for this recruitment has not started yet. Once it starts, interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for this recruitment by visiting the official website. More than 100 posts will be filled through this recruitment campaign.

From when to when will the application process run?

The application process for this recruitment will start on September 10. At the same time, the last date to apply for this is September 30. Candidates can apply only till 6 pm on September 30, so candidates should apply before that.

How many posts will be recruited?

120 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. These include-

Grade B Officer (DR) - General: 83 posts
Grade B Officer (DR) - Department of Economic and Policy Research (DEPR): 17 posts
Grade B Officer (DR) - Department of Statistics and Information Management (DSIM): 20 posts

Educational Qualification

General Stream: Graduation with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities) in any subject or post graduation with 55% marks (passing marks for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities). Professional qualifications like CA Final or equivalent government recognized technical degree are also eligible.
DEPR Stream: Post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks in Economics, Finance, Econometrics or related fields. Candidates with PGDM/MBA (Finance) or research/teaching experience may be eligible for age relaxation.

DSIM Stream: Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Economics or related fields. M.Stat. from ISI, PGDBA (ISI Kolkata/IIT Kharagpur/IIM Calcutta), or related postgraduate diplomas are also accepted.
