Opportunities for Candidates Ranging from Class 10 Pass to Graduates
Specific qualifications have been set for each post. For the Hospital Attendant Grade-2 post, candidates must have passed Class 10; preference may be given to candidates with prior hospital work experience. A graduation degree from a recognized university is required for the Stenographer post. Additionally, candidates must possess the prescribed speed in Hindi and English stenography, proficiency in Hindi and English typing, and knowledge of computer applications. For the Receptionist post, a degree from a recognized university and a postgraduate diploma in Journalism or Public Relations are required. For the position of Programmer, the required qualification is a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications. For the posts of Medical Physicist and Radiation Safety Officer, advanced academic qualifications in Physics or Radiological/Medical Physics, along with a mandatory internship, are required. Additionally, RSO certification in accordance with AERB standards is mandatory for the Radiation Safety Officer role.
Eligibility: Candidates aged 18 to 40 years
The age limit for these posts is set at a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years. Age will be calculated based on the last date for submitting online applications. Candidates belonging to reserved categories in Uttar Pradesh will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government rules.
Salary as per the 7th Pay Commission
Candidates will receive a salary based on the 7th Central Pay Commission recommendations, depending on the post. For Programmer, Medical Physicist, and Radiation Safety Officer, the minimum basic pay is set at ₹56,000 (Pay Level-10). For the post of Receptionist, the minimum basic pay is ₹29,200 (Pay Level-5); for Stenographer, it is ₹25,500 (Pay Level-4); and for Hospital Attendant Grade-2, it is ₹18,000 (Pay Level-1). Additional allowances will also be provided as per regulations.
Selection via CBT
The selection process for RMLIMS recruitment will involve a two-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT). A screening test will be conducted first solely to shortlist candidates for the main examination; the marks from this test will not be included in the final evaluation. This will be followed by the main examination, and the final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained therein. Both the screening test and the main examination will carry 100 marks each, with a duration of 2 hours allotted for each.
What is the application fee?
The application fee varies according to the candidate’s category. For candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories, the fee is ₹1,180. For SC and ST categories, the fee is ₹708 (inclusive of 18% GST). Candidates with disabilities are exempted from the fee. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and fee for each post.
