Candidates from Fitter, Turner, Welder, Machinist, and Electrician trades can apply under this recruitment drive. The highest number of vacancies are for the Fitter trade (127 posts) and Turner trade (93 posts). Additionally, 44 posts for Welders, 40 for Machinists, and 58 for Electricians will be filled.

Applicants must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT and a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by DGT in the relevant trade. They must also have secured at least 60% marks in their ITI course. However, SC, ST, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates are granted a 5% relaxation, allowing them to apply with a minimum of 55% marks.

Age Limit

Regarding the age limit, the maximum age for General and EWS category candidates is 29 years. The limit is set at 32 years for OBC candidates and 34 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted in three stages. First, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be held. The exam will last two hours and consist of 100 questions in total. These will include 20 questions on General Knowledge, 20 questions on English and Reasoning, and 60 questions related to the specific trade. Notably, there will be no negative marking in the exam.

Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for document verification. This will be followed by a medical examination. Candidates found medically fit will be offered a final appointment.

What is the salary?

Regarding remuneration, selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹16,900 per month. In addition, Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, a monthly medical allowance of ₹1,500, and other benefits will be provided in accordance with company rules. Employees performing well will also receive a 3% annual increment in their basic pay.

Application fee details

The application fee is set at ₹200 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempt from paying any fee.
