Regarding educational qualifications, candidates must have passed Class 12 with the minimum prescribed marks. Additionally, they must possess a D.El.Ed., D.Ed., or B.El.Ed. qualification, or a graduation degree along with a two-year diploma in elementary education. Qualifying the primary-level Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is also mandatory.

What is the total marks for the exam?
The examination will carry a total of 100 marks. Questions will be asked from the following subjects: Hindi (15), English (10), Mathematics (15), Environmental Studies (10), Child Development and Pedagogy (15), General Mental Ability (15), General Knowledge (15), and Computer Education (5). The highest number of vacancies are in the Jashpur, Bastar, Raigarh, and Bijapur districts, while the fewest posts have been allocated for Dantewada, Surajpur, Mahasamund, and Balod.
