Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a Navratna company under the Government of India, has announced recruitment for 326 apprentice positions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. These include roles for Graduate Apprentices, Technician Apprentices, and Trade Apprentices. Eligible candidates can apply online from 8:00 AM on September 4, 2026, to 5:00 PM on September 20, 2026.
The training will be conducted at RCFL units located in Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad district). The recruitment drive comprises 145 Graduate Apprentice posts, 105 Technician Apprentice posts, and 76 Trade Apprentice posts.
**Application Criteria:**
**Graduate Apprentice:** Candidates must hold a B.Com, BBA, or a Bachelor's degree in Economics, or any other relevant Bachelor's degree depending on the specific trade.
**Technician Apprentice:** Candidates must possess a diploma in Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
**Trade Apprentice:** Candidates must have passed B.Sc. (PCM), Class 12 with Science subjects, or Class 12 in a stream relevant to the specific trade.
**Mandatory Condition:** Candidates must have passed their final qualifying examination on or after July 1, 2023.
Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training or possess one year or more of work experience are ineligible to apply.
Candidates currently pursuing higher education are also not eligible for this recruitment.
**Minimum Marks Required:**
For the RCFL recruitment, a minimum of 50% marks is required for candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are eligible to apply if they have secured 45% marks.
**Age Limit:**
The maximum age limit for General and EWS category candidates is 25 years as of September 1, 2026. OBC (NCL) candidates are permitted to apply up to a maximum age of 28 years (with a 3-year relaxation), while SC/ST candidates may apply up to a maximum age of 30 years (with a 5-year relaxation).
