RCFL Operator (Chemical) Trainee Vacancy 2026: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 188 posts for the position of Operator (Chemical) Trainee. Application Fee and Age Limit Conditions
For the RCFL Recruitment 2026, the maximum age limit for candidates has been set at 30 years for the General Category, 33 years for OBC (NCL), and 35 years for SC/ST candidates. Additionally, an age relaxation of 5 years will be granted to Ex-Servicemen, their children, and members of families affected by the 1984 riots.
In the RCFL Recruitment 2026, the application fee has been determined based on the candidate's category. **Selection Process**

Subsequently, the documents of successful candidates will undergo verification, and finally, the ultimate selection will be determined through a Skill Test.
**Salary**
During the 6-month training period, candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹22,000, along with free hostel accommodation on a shared basis and medical facilities at the RCF Hospital. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be appointed to Grade II (A6) within a pay scale ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹60,000, entitling them to a monthly salary of approximately ₹47,800 at the entry level.
