RCFL: Application process is going on for 75 posts of Management Trainee, if selected, you will get a great salary..

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has announced recruitment for Management Trainee posts. The application process started on 31 May. Interested candidates having the required qualifications can apply online by visiting the official website https://www.rcfltd.com/ till 16 June. The total number of vacancies is 75. There are 10 vacancies for Officer E-1 (Finance) and 8 for Officer E-2 (Secretarial). The remaining posts are for various fields of Management Trainee.

This is the educational qualification and age limit.

Different qualifications have been prescribed for different posts. Candidates with BE/BTech or CA degree in the relevant field can apply. The maximum age limit prescribed for Officer Finance is 34 years. The maximum age limit for a Management Trainee is 27 years and for an Officer (Secretarial) is 40 years.

This is the application fee.

Candidates have to pay Rs 1000 as an application fee. Fees will be accepted only in online mode. There is no application fee for SC, ST, PWD, and Ex-Serviceman category candidates.

Selection will be done like this.

Candidates will be selected based on online tests and personal interviews. The exam will be conducted in Bhopal, Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, and other cities in Hindi and English language. Selected candidates will be able to appear in the interview. Online test weightage will be 80% and personal interview will be 20%.

This much salary will be given.

After appointment to Management Trainee posts, a monthly salary of Rs 60000 will be given during training. After the completion of training, a salary of Rs 83880 will be given per month. Officer E-1 will be given a salary ranging from Rs 40000 to Rs 140000 and Officer Grade E-2 will be given a salary ranging from Rs 50000 to Rs 160000 per month.
