RBI Recruitment 2024: Applications have been invited for the post of Deputy Governor in the Reserve Bank of India. For this, a notification has been issued on the official website of the Reserve Bank of India, rbi.org.in. The selected candidate will get a salary of more than 2 lakhs. However, only those people can apply for this, who have at least 25 years of experience working in the relevant field. RBI Deputy Governor Qualification: Qualification and experience for a job in the Reserve Bank
The following qualifications and experience are required to work for the post of Deputy Governor in the Reserve Bank-
1- Experience working in the public administration sector for at least 25 years (this includes experience working as a Secretary or equivalent in the Government of India)
2- Experience of at least 25 years in a national or international public financial institution
3- Exceptional merit and track record at the national or international level in the relevant field.
RBI Deputy Governor Age Limit: Age limit - Age should not be more than 60 years as of 15 January 2025.
RBI Deputy Governor Salary: What is the salary of a Deputy Governor?
According to the Reserve Bank job notification, the Deputy Governor will get a salary as per Level 17. According to this, the salary of the Deputy Governor will be around Rs 2,25,000.
How many years will the job be?
The appointment of a Deputy Governor in the Reserve Bank will be done for 3 years. After that, the candidate can be re-appointed considering factors like age and experience.
