Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025: The Telangana government is going to close the online application process for Rajiv Yuva Vikas Yojana 2025 on April 14. Candidates from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and Minority communities wishing to set up self-employment enterprises can apply to avail of the scheme by the prescribed deadline.

Eligible candidates must submit online applications through the official portal tgobmms.cgg.gov.in before the last date.

What is Rajiv Yuva Vikas Yojana?

Under this scheme, financial assistance of up to Rs 3 lakh is provided to candidates from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and Minority communities wishing to set up self-employment enterprises. The initiative aims to empower youth by providing subsidized loans, promoting economic independence and generating employment. The scheme offers subsidized loans under three categories:

Category 1: Loans up to Rs 1 lakh with 80% subsidy (beneficiary contributes 20% or arranges bank linkage).

Category 2: Loans between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 2 lakh with 70% subsidy.

Category 3: Loans up to Rs 3 lakh with 60% subsidy.

Important Dates

Last date for application: April 14, 2025.

Loan sanction: Approved beneficiaries will receive loan documents on June 2 (Telangana Foundation Day).

Eligibility & Selection
The SC, ST and BC welfare corporations have outlined specific eligibility criteria in their notifications. Youth from marginalized communities meeting these requirements can benefit from the scheme.

Age Limit

21-55 years for non-agricultural schemes (as of 1st July of the implementation year)

21-60 years for agriculture and allied sectors.
