Rajasthan 4th Class Vacancy: Rajasthan government has increased the vacancy number of Rajasthan Class IV Employee Recruitment 2024. Earlier, a total of 52,453 posts were to be appointed in this recruitment, but now the number of these posts has been increased to 53,749. A total of 1296 posts have now been added to this recruitment. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the revised recruitment notification, which will give candidates even more opportunities for this recruitment.

Application Process

Applications for this recruitment will start from 21 March 2025 and the last date has been fixed till 19 April 2025. Candidates have to apply online by visiting the official website of the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (rssb.rajasthan.gov.in). Apart from this, the application process can also be completed through the SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in).

In this, 594 vacant posts from the Government Secretariat 640 from non-scheduled areas and 28 from scheduled areas from subordinate departments/offices have been increased to a total of 668 vacant posts. Vacancy Details

A total of 53,749 posts will be appointed under Rajasthan Class-IV Recruitment. Out of these, 48,199 posts are reserved for non-TSP and 5,550 posts for TSP areas. 1268 and 28 posts have been increased in these posts respectively.

Qualification and Age Limit

To apply for Rajasthan Class IV Recruitment, candidates must have passed at least 10th class. The age limit has been fixed between 18 to 40 years and the age will be calculated from January 1, 2026. There is no age relaxation for the candidates of the General Category and Kimler Category, while candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Backward Class (OBC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) will be given age relaxation of 5 to 10 years.

Class IV Recruitment Exam
Rajasthan Class IV Recruitment Exam will be conducted between 18 to 21 September 2025. This exam can be computer-based (CBT), tablet-based (TBT), or offline mode on an OMR sheet. The exam will have a total of 200 marks, in which 120 questions will be asked. There will be questions related to General Hindi, General Mathematics, General English, and General Knowledge.

Exam Pattern
The Class IV Staff Recruitment Exam conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) will be for two hours. In this exam, questions from the 10th level of the Rajasthan Board will be asked. There will be 120 questions in this exam of total 200 marks. In this, 30 questions will be asked from General Hindi, 15 questions from General English, 50 questions from General Knowledge, and 25 questions from General Mathematics. The 50 questions of General Knowledge will include 10 from Geography, 10 from History, Art, and Culture of Rajasthan, 10 from the Indian Constitution and Political and Administrative System of Rajasthan State, 5 from General Science, 10 from Current Affairs, and 5 from Basic Computer. One-third marks will be deducted for giving the wrong answer in this exam.

Pay Scale
The pay scale for Class IV employees will be as per Pay Matrix Level 1. During the probation period, monthly remuneration will be given as per the order of the State Government.
