Let us tell you that earlier this case was heard by a single bench of High Court Judge Sameer Jain. After the hearing was completed, the court reserved its decision on August 14. The court had said that people who have been wrongly selected to handle law and order cannot be allowed to do the job. Along with this, the court had ordered to re-examine by adding all these posts in the recruitment released in the month of July.

Major irregularities including paper leak had come to the fore

In the month of August, the High Court had canceled the Rajasthan Sub Inspector Recruitment Exam 2021. The cancellation of the recruitment was a big setback to the Rajasthan government. Let us tell you, this recruitment was done for 859 posts of Sub Inspector. In this exam of 2021, major irregularities including paper leak had come to the fore. 54 training station in-charges selected after the SI Recruitment 2021 exam have been arrested. So far 122 arrests have been made in this case, including two members of Rajasthan Public Service Commission.

Exam was conducted for Sub Inspector and Platoon Commander

Rajasthan Public Service Commission i.e. RPSC had conducted the exam in September 2021 for a total of 859 posts of Sub Inspector and Platoon Commander. This exam was conducted from 13 to 15 September 2021. The paper of this exam was leaked from Ravindra Bal Bharti Senior Secondary School located in Shanti Nagar, Hasanpura. The principal of the school and the superintendent of the exam center, Rajesh Khandelwal, played a key role in the paper leak case.
