Despite these challenges, the Railways completed the recruitment process in a transparent manner, adhering to all guidelines. He emphasized that no paper leaks or other irregularities were reported during the entire process.
Why do so many vacancies arise?
The Minister explained that the Indian Railways has a vast network. Regular operations, the introduction of new technologies, mechanization, and retirements constantly require manpower, which is met through recruitment agencies.
