The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started online applications for Isolated Categories. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill various posts in the railways, including Chief Law Assistant, Junior Translator, and Public Prosecutor. What are the eligibility criteria?
Different eligibility criteria are required for each post in this recruitment. For Chief Law Assistant, a law degree from a recognized university and 3 years of practice are required. For the Public Prosecutor, a law degree and 5 years of practice as an advocate are required. Those with a Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject can apply for the Junior Translator position. For the Staff and Welfare Inspector position, a graduate degree in Labor/Social Welfare or an LLB in Labor Law/PG Diploma is required. For the Lab Assistant position, a 12th-grade science degree with Physics and Chemistry is required. How to fill out the form?
Go to the official RRB website: www.rrbapply.gov.in.
If you are filling out the RRB form for the first time, you will need to create an account. Click on "Create an Account".
Create a registration number and password by filling in some basic information along with your valid email ID and mobile number.
Now log in using your application registration number and password.
Fill in all the remaining information. All details should match your certificates.
You will need to capture and upload a live photo. Your face should be clearly visible in the picture.
Upload your signature in a black ink pen, within the size limit of 30KB to 49KB. After that, upload your SC/ST certificate and other documents.
Pay the application fee and take a printout of the form for your records.
Application Fee
Unreserved/OBC/EWS category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 500 online. SC/ST/PH and female candidates have to pay Rs. 250. Candidates who clear Stage-I will have Rs. 400 refunded for Unreserved/OBC/EWS categories and Rs. 250 for other reserved categories.
