Eligibility

Candidates must have passed the 10th standard. Candidates with ITI or NAC certificates along with 10th standard will also be considered eligible.

Age Limit

The age limit for this recruitment is 36 years. Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) will get age relaxation as per government rules.

Application Fee

For this recruitment, General category candidates will have to pay ₹500 and SC/ST/Women/PwBD candidates will have to pay approximately ₹250. Some amount may be refunded upon appearing in the CBT (Computer Based Test). Selection Process

The Railway Group D recruitment will be conducted in 4 stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Test
5. Salary

Selected candidates will receive an initial salary of approximately ₹18,000 per month under Level-1 of the pay matrix.  In addition, allowances such as DA, HRA, and TA will also be provided.
