Qualifications
This recruitment drive for Railway Sportspersons will recruit at various levels in sports disciplines such as athletics, boxing, cricket, tennis, golf, swimming, basketball, and hockey. Different eligibility criteria have been set for each. For Level 4/5 (B-Category), candidates must have placed third in the World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior Category), World Championship (Junior/Senior)/Asian Games (Senior Category)/Youth Olympics/Champions Trophy (Hockey), or Davis Cup.

For Level 2/3 (Senior Category), candidates must have represented the country in or placed third in events such as the World Cup, World Championship/Commonwealth Games/Youth Games/Champions Trophy. Application Fee
SC/ST/Female/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD candidates will have to pay an application fee of ₹250. All other candidates will have to pay an application fee of ₹500. Reserved candidates selected in the trials will receive a full refund, while other candidates will receive ₹400.
