Eligibility Criteria for Application
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board. Studying Punjabi at the matriculation level is mandatory, whether as a compulsory or optional subject.

Age Limit: The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years. The maximum age limit for the general category is 37 years, which will be calculated as per the cut-off date given in the notification. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories, ex-servicemen, and other eligible categories as per the Punjab Government rules.

Selection Process
The selection process for Group D recruitment will be completed in two stages. The first stage will consist of an objective-type written examination, which will assess the candidates' general awareness, basic reasoning ability, language skills, and job-related knowledge. Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be selected for the next stage.

Salary and Service Benefits
Candidates selected in the written examination will be called for document verification, where their original certificates and eligibility-related documents will be checked. Selected candidates will be appointed at Pay Level-1 under the 7th Central Pay Commission, with a salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900 per month, along with other allowances as per Punjab Government rules.
