PSB Security Manager Vacancy: Punjab & Sind Bank (PSB) has issued a notification for the lateral recruitment of Security Specialist Officers (Security Managers) in the MMGS-II category regularly. Under this recruitment drive, the Bank has announced 27 vacancies for the post of Security Manager in the Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II). Who Can Apply?

For the MMGS-II post in this recruitment, the minimum age limit for candidates is set at 23 years, and the maximum age limit is 35 years. Accordingly, only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after April 2, 1991, and on or before April 1, 2003, are eligible to apply; that is, candidates falling within this specific age bracket (inclusive of both dates) will be considered eligible.
What is the Salary?
The pay scale for this position is MMGS-II. The starting basic salary begins at approximately ₹64,820 and progresses up to a maximum of ₹93,960. In addition to the basic pay, the Bank provides various allowances and benefits, including DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), CCA, medical facilities, LTC, and several other perks.

This position entails a probation period of one year, during which the candidate's performance is evaluated. Additionally, candidates are required to execute a service bond for a period of two years, which entails furnishing a security amount equivalent to approximately three months' total salary, along with a guarantor.
