**Salary based on the post**
Under the PMBI recruitment drive, a monthly consolidated salary ranging from ₹32,500 to ₹1,58,000 will be provided depending on the post. The monthly salary will be ₹1,58,000 for General Manager, ₹1,13,000 for Deputy General Manager, ₹90,000 for Manager, ₹67,000 for Deputy Manager, ₹53,000 for Assistant Manager, ₹38,000 for Senior Executive, and ₹32,500 for Executive/Officer-level posts.

**How ​​will the selection take place?**
**First Stage:** Scrutiny of application forms and documents related to educational qualifications and experience.
**Second Stage:** Eligible candidates will be called for a written examination. The written exam will include questions on English writing skills, subjects related to the specific post, and general knowledge. Details regarding the exam date, time, venue, and syllabus will be communicated via email.
**Third Stage:** Candidates who qualify in the written examination will undergo a personal interview. Final selection will be based on qualifications and performance in the interview. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in the written examination or the interview.
