Educational Qualification
For the post of Field Engineer, candidates must have passed BE/BTech/BSc Engineering in the relevant engineering branch with 55% marks. Also, one year of experience is required.
Field Supervisor- Full-time diploma in a relevant branch of engineering must be passed with 55% marks.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for this recruitment is 29 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of 17 September. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates.
Salary of Field Engineer/Field Supervisor (RDDS Project)
i. Field Engineer- Basic Pay 30,000 with Pay Band ₹ 30,000-3%-1,20,000/- and Industrial DA+HRA+Perks. Annual Salary Package Rs. 8.9 lakhs approx. Perks minimum 35% of Basic Salary.
ii. Field Supervisor- Field Supervisor will be paid monthly in the scale of ₹ 23,000-3%-1,05,000/-,
which will include initial Basic Pay ₹ 23,000/- + Industrial DA (Dearness Allowance) + HRA (House Rent Allowance) + Perks. Total annual CTC will be around ₹ 6.8 lakhs.
Perks will be up to a maximum of 35% of Basic Pay (This will be given as variable pay, subject to performance criteria defined by the management).
Salary of Field Engineer/Field Supervisor (Except RDSS Project)
i. Field Engineer
Monthly pay scale will be ₹ 30,000-3%-1,20,000/-.
Starting Basic Pay ₹ 30,000/- + Industrial DA (Dearness Allowance) + HRA (House Rent Allowance) + Perks 35% of Basic Pay.
Total annual CTC will be around ₹ 8.9 Lakhs.
ii. Field Supervisor
Monthly pay scale will be ₹ 23,000-3%-1,05,000/-.
Starting Basic Pay ₹ 23,000/- + Industrial DA (Dearness Allowance) + HRA (House Rent Allowance) + Perks 35% of Basic Pay.
Total annual CTC will be around ₹ 6.8 Lakhs.
