RCFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026: There is good news for young aspirants preparing for government jobs. Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a government Navratna company, has issued a notification to recruit 94 Management Trainees. The online application process for this recruitment begins on August 8, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online until 5:00 PM on August 24, 2026.

A key highlight is that candidates selected for the Management Trainee posts will receive a monthly stipend of ₹60,000 during their training. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be inducted into the E1 grade, with a pay scale ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000.

94 Posts Across 14 Different Disciplines

This RCFL recruitment drive covers a total of 94 Management Trainee positions. These include 32 posts for Chemical, 10 for Electrical, 10 for Finance, and 10 for Marketing.

Additionally, recruitment will take place in disciplines such as Boiler, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Materials, Civil, Fire, CC Lab, Industrial Engineering, IT, and Rajbhasha (Official Language). Freshers are also eligible to apply for this recruitment; prior work experience is not mandatory.

Who Can Apply?

Educational qualification requirements vary depending on the specific post. Candidates must possess qualifications such as BE, B.Tech, a Master’s degree, CA, CMA, MBA, or PGDM in the relevant discipline. A minimum of 60% marks is required for most of the posts. Relaxation in minimum marks has been granted to SC/ST candidates.

Regarding the age limit, candidates belonging to the General and EWS categories must be no older than 27 years as of February 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.

Application Fee and Selection Process

Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay a fee of ₹1,000, plus applicable GST and bank charges. There is no application fee for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, and female candidates.

Candidates will be selected based on an online written examination and an interview. This will be followed by document verification and a medical examination.
