Age Limit for Recruitment
To participate in this recruitment, the minimum age for all staff members must be 25 years, and the maximum age must not exceed 45 years, as of April 1st of the selection year.
Rules for Recruitment
Selection for the posts of Full-time Teacher, Part-time Teacher (Urdu), Teacher, and Caretaker in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas will be based directly on merit. Selection for the posts of Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Peon, and Watchman will be conducted through an interview.
Individuals dismissed from service, convicted of an offense involving moral turpitude, or declared insolvent are not eligible for selection. The selection committee [will satisfy itself] regarding the candidate's character... ...will do so.
Upon selection, since the positions of Caretaker, Head Cook, Peon, and Assistant Cook are full-time roles, residing within the school premises is mandatory; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Full-time staff members are not permitted to keep any family members with them on the premises. All staff members must make their own arrangements for meals.
Only female candidates will be selected for all the aforementioned school positions.
The number of vacancies is subject to change based on requirements. Selection will be based on a service contract for one academic session (maximum 11 months and 29 days); the contract may be extended for the subsequent session if performance is found to be satisfactory.

For these personnel, the employer's EPF contribution of 13% per month is to be paid. The released honorarium amount includes this contribution; for personnel whose employer's EPF contribution is already being deducted, the honorarium payment should be made after deducting the contribution.
