**What are the eligibility criteria?**
**Audit and Accounts:** CA, ICWAI, MBA (Finance), M.Com, M.Sc. (Accounting/Finance), or equivalent qualification and experience.
**Architecture, Structure, and Design:** Post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
**Procurement:** Post-graduate degree in a relevant subject with knowledge of government procurement, tendering, GFR, GeM, and CVC guidelines.
**Khadi – Quality, Design, and Technology:** Post-graduation in Textile or Industrial Engineering and experience in design, quality control, or lean manufacturing.
**Khadi – Finance and Institutional Services:** CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or M.Sc. (Accounting/Finance). Preference given to candidates with experience in the textile sector.
**Khadi – Raw Material:** Post-graduation (or equivalent qualification) in the textile industry and experience working in spinning mills.
**Legal:** Post-graduate degree in Law and relevant work experience.
**Marketing:** Post-graduation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management. Experience in the retail, FMCG, or textile sectors is required.
SFURTI: Post-graduation in Computer Science, IT, or ECE, along with experience in MIS, software, dashboards, PFMS, or financial applications.
Science & Technology: Post-graduate degree, specifically in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Textile Technology. Preference will be given to candidates with R&D experience and research publications.
Administration: Post-graduate degree and experience in general administration, establishment matters, and service rules. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government organizations or PSUs.
Age Requirements:
Age limits vary for different posts in the KVIC recruitment drive. For the 'Young Professional' post, the candidate must be under 27 years of age as of October 1, 2026. For the 'Consultant' post, the age range is 40 to 65 years. For the 'Senior Consultant' post, the candidate must be under 39 years of age. For Consultant and Senior Consultant posts, age will be calculated based on the application deadline.
Remuneration:
Young Professionals will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, plus a transport allowance of ₹2,500 to ₹3,000. Remuneration for the Consultant post will be determined according to departmental rules. Senior Consultants will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, in addition to a transport allowance of ₹2,500 to ₹3,000.
Initial One-Year Contract:
Selected candidates will initially be appointed on a one-year contract. Depending on requirements and the candidate's performance, this contract may be extended for up to a maximum of two years. A new agreement must be executed for each extension.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Good communication and writing skills.
Analytical and writing capabilities. Ability to prepare reports, notes, presentations, and official letters.

Selected candidates will be posted at the KVIC Central Office in Mumbai. Young Professionals will be assigned to various directorates based on the organization's requirements.
