Relevant degrees are required for the clerical posts: IT/CS/BCA for Clerk (IT), Law for Clerk (Legal), and B.Com for Clerk (Accounts). For the Translator post, candidates must hold a graduation degree with Punjabi, English, or Hindi as a main subject. A degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Commercial Art, or Graphic Design is mandatory for the Field Artist post.

**Age Limit and Selection Process**
The minimum age for all posts is 18 years. The maximum age limit for General category candidates is set at 37 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories in Punjab will receive age relaxation benefits as per the rules. Candidates will be selected based on an objective-type written examination (MCQ test). For clerical posts, candidates will also be required to take a typing test with a speed of 30 words per minute in both Punjabi and English.

**What is the application fee?**
The application fee for General category candidates is ₹1,000. Candidates from the SC, BC, and EWS categories in Punjab are required to pay a fee of ₹250; ex-servicemen must pay ₹200, and candidates with disabilities must pay ₹500.
