Selection Process

Stipend
Candidates selected for Graduate Apprentice positions will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,300. Those with a three-year diploma will receive ₹10,900 per month, while candidates with a two-year ITI certificate will receive ₹10,560 per month. One-year Trade Apprentices will be provided a monthly stipend of ₹9,600, and Trade Apprentices (with 10th or 12th-grade qualifications) will receive ₹8,200 per month.
