Eligibility Criteria
Head (Catering), Head (Housekeeping), Head (Concierge):
A Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management is mandatory. A Certificate of Specialization in the relevant field is desirable. 7 years of service industry experience is required, including at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a 3-star or above rated hotel/resort.
Head (Horticulture):
A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture/Floriculture and Landscaping is required. 7 years of experience is mandatory, including at least 2 years of gardening or landscape design experience. Hotel/resort experience is preferred.
Head (Training and Diving):
A Diver Trade Certificate from the Indian Navy or a PADI certified diver is required. Valid Offshore Medical, Diving Medical Certificate, HUET, Basic Lifeguard, and First Aid Certificates are mandatory before joining. Minimum 1 year of experience conducting HUET training is required.
