The deadline for applying for a total of 2,162 apprenticeship positions on the North Western Railway (NWR) is near. Candidates wishing to train as an apprentice with the Railways can apply online. Candidates have only two days to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can register for the apprenticeship until November 2nd. Therefore, all candidates are advised to complete the application process as soon as possible, otherwise, they will not be allowed to apply later.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must have attained the age of 15 years, and the maximum age must not exceed 24 years. However, age relaxation will be available for candidates belonging to special categories. SC and ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, and OBC candidates will receive a 3-year age relaxation.

To apply for an apprenticeship, candidates must have passed Class 10 or 12 from a recognized board in India with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, candidates must possess an ITI, NCVT, or SCVT certificate in the relevant trade.

Following this, click on the Apprenticeship Registration link on the website's homepage.

After clicking on the link, complete the registration process by entering the required information.

Upload copies of the required documents.

Then pay the prescribed application fee.

Finally, after submitting the form, take a printout of it.

Application Fee
Paying the application fee is mandatory for online registration. The application fee for all other categories of candidates has been fixed at Rs 100, while SC & ST, disabled, and women candidates have been given an exemption from the application fee.
