Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Assistant Executive positions must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, candidates are required to have secured a minimum of 40 percent marks.

Age Limit

For this recruitment drive, the maximum age limit for candidates has been set at 35 years. The age will be calculated based on the cut-off date determined by NTPC. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.

Application Fee

The application fee for NTPC Recruitment 2026 has been determined differently for various categories. Candidates belonging to the General Category, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) are required to pay an application fee of ₹500.
