Required Qualifications
For the Deputy Manager-Human Resources position, applicants with a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60 percent marks and a two-year, full-time MBA degree or diploma are eligible. For the position of Deputy Manager-Law, one must have a full-time LLB degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India and be registered with the Bar Council of the respective state or the Bar Council of India, or other statutory bodies. The eligibility criteria for other positions can be found in the notification.
Age Limit
The age limit for the Deputy Manager position is 18 to 30 years, while for the Junior Hindi Translator position, the age limit is 21 to 30 years. Age will be calculated as of November 27, 2025. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules.
Selection Process
Candidates for the Deputy Manager position will be selected through an online examination and personal interview. Selection for the Junior Hindi Translator position will be based on an online examination and typing test.
Salary
Candidates selected for the Deputy Manager position will be paid ₹86,955 per month, and those selected for the Junior Hindi Translator position will be paid ₹54,870 per month.
