NPCIL RR Site Apprentice Recruitment: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released a notification for apprentice recruitment at Rawatbhata, Rajasthan (RR) site on February 26, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates who have completed an ITI course in the relevant trade can apply online through the official NPCIL career website from February 26 to March 18, 2026.

The selection process for Trade Apprentices at NPCIL will be based on the marks obtained in the ITI examination and subsequent document verification.

Eligibility for Application
For the position of Fitter, candidates must have an ITI (Fitter) degree in the relevant trade.
For the position of Electrician, an ITI in the Electrician trade is mandatory.
For the position of Electronics Mechanic, an ITI in the Electronics Mechanics trade is mandatory.
For the position of COPA, an ITI in the COPA trade is mandatory.
For the position of Turner, an ITI in the Turner trade is mandatory.
For the position of Machinist, an ITI in the Machinist trade is mandatory.
For the position of Welder, candidates must have an ITI qualification in the Welder trade.

Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 24 years of age as of the cut-off date for NPCIL Apprentice positions, 18/3/2026. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government regulations.

How will the selection be conducted?
Merit List Preparation: A separate merit list will be prepared for each trade based on the percentage of marks obtained in the ITI examination.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected according to their rank in the merit list.

Document Verification: Selected candidates will be called for document verification, where they will be required to submit all original certificates (educational, caste, disability, etc.).

Medical Certificate: Candidates will also be required to submit a medical fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.

Final Selection: Final selection will be made only after successful document verification and meeting medical standards.

How much will the stipend be?
Selected candidates will be provided a monthly stipend as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act. The duration of this training will be 01 year, and the candidates will be given a stipend of Rs 9,600 per month.
