AIIMS Notification 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has released the notification for Nursing Officer Recruitment General Eligibility Test (NORCET). Under this recruitment exam, recruitment will be done for the vacant posts of Nursing Officer in AIIMS of the country. You can apply for NORCET 9 from today, 22nd July, by visiting the link www.aiimsexams.ac.in. Educational Qualification of NORCET - B.Sc. Honors Nursing / B.S. Nursing or B.Sc.. (Post Certificate) / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery, and 2 years of experience are required.
Apart from this, the candidate must be registered as a nurse and midwife with the State / Indian Nursing Council.

The age limit for this post is 18 to 30 years. However, SC and ST categories will be given 5 years' relaxation, and OBC will be given 3 years' relaxation.
Salary for this post - Pay Bank 2, 9300-34800, Grade Pay - 4600.
What is the NORCET selection process - What is the NORCET selection process
The preliminary exam for this post will include 100 MCQs of 100 marks. There will be four options for each question, which will include 20 MCQs related to general knowledge and aptitude and 80 MCQs related to the syllabus of the nursing course.
The time for this exam has been kept at 90 minutes. Let us tell you that there is also negative marking in this exam. 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The application fee for this post is Rs 3000 for General and OBC, while it is Rs 2400 for SC, ST, EWS candidates. At the same time, it will be free for Divyang candidates.
