Eligibility Criteria

For the position of Deputy General Manager (Finance), candidates must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the ICAI or a CMA qualification from the ICMAI. Additionally, a minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required, of which at least 3 years must be specifically within the Metro, Railway, or related government institutions. For the Company Secretary position, membership with the ICSI and relevant experience are mandatory. For other positions, an Engineering or Professional degree in the relevant field is required. In this recruitment drive, only experience gained within the government or PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) sectors will be considered valid; experience from the private sector will not be accepted.

Age Limit

For candidates applying on a Deputation basis, the maximum age limit has been set at 56 years; whereas for those applying on a Direct Recruitment/Absorption basis, the maximum age limit is 45 years. Salary Details

In this recruitment drive, the salary offered for the position of Deputy General Manager ranges from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month. For government employees, the salary is determined in accordance with the IDA/CDA pay scales, which are highly attractive.
