What are the Qualifications Required?
Trade apprentice positions are available in the trades of Machinist, Fitter, Welder, Diesel Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Electrician, and Copa. To apply for these positions, candidates must have a certificate or an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Graduate apprenticeships in chemical engineering, computer engineering, BBA, electrical engineering, mining engineering, civil engineering, etc., will require a degree in the relevant field.
Technician diplomas also require a diploma in the relevant field. No additional experience is required. This means that even if you have just completed your studies, you can still apply.
