NMC Consultant Recruitment 2025 For 60 Plus: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has recently released a job vacancy for persons above 60 years of age. NMC has invited applications from interested and eligible retired government officials for recruitment to the post of Consultant. Candidates who wish to apply can submit their applications by April 21, 2025. These recruitments are being done full-time on contract.

Candidates applying for the post should be below 64 years of age. The job location is National Medical Commission, Pocket-14, Sector-8, Dwarka Phase-I, New Delhi-110077. As per the government instructions issued, the remuneration will be determined by deducting pension and transport allowance from the last salary.

Consultant (Audit & Accounts)

Qualifications

Graduate degree from any university/institute. Or SAS qualified or who have completed the Cash and Accounts course from ISTM.

Retired Accounts Officer/Senior Accounts Officer Level-9, Level-10 Level-11, and Level-12 Central Government Officer/Autonomous Body/DCA (Deputy Controller Accounts)

The officer should be from audit accounts and finance background.

Experience

Should have at least three years of experience in the field of audit

Who has performed their duties as DDO?

Be well-versed in the procurement process (works/goods/services).

Should have general knowledge of balance sheet.

Should know Income Tax rules and Income Tax related returns on salary/contractors/professionals.

Should know GST Act including CGST, SGST and GST, TDS under GST, GST output, and GST input.

Pay and Allowances- Preparation of TA/LTC/Medical Reimbursement claims.

Scrutiny of financial proposal relating to execution of works, and purchase of goods and services.

Consultant (Accounts)

Government Officer having experience in Finance, Accounts, and Budget matters retired in Pay Level 9 of 7th CPC. OR

Government Officer having experience in Finance, Accounts and Budget matters retired in Pay Level 11 of 7th CPC with three years regular service.
