The preliminary examination will consist of 100 questions worth 100 marks, with a duration of 60 minutes. The main examination will comprise 200 questions worth 200 marks, with a duration of 120 minutes. Negative marking of one-fourth of a mark for every incorrect answer will apply to both examinations.

Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of July 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories in accordance with the rules. There is no application fee for SC, ST, PwD, and ex-serviceman candidates, whereas all other candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹850. Online applications can be submitted until August 7, 2026. The preliminary examination will be held on August 27, and the main examination on October 30, 2026. Candidates must upload all documents in the correct format and thoroughly verify all details before submitting the form, as no opportunity for modification will be available after submission.
