**Who Can Apply?**
**Associate (Construction Management):** Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Construction Management from an IIT/NIT (Top 100 ranking), have a maximum age limit of 30 years, and possess 0–2 years of relevant experience.
**Senior Associate (Technical):** Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural/Transportation/Tunneling) from an IIT/NIT (Top 100 ranking), have a maximum age limit of 40 years, and possess 2–9 years of relevant experience.
**Consultant (Finance):** Candidates must possess a degree in M.Com/CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) from an IIM (Top 100 ranking), have a maximum age limit of 45 years, and possess 9–15 years of relevant experience. Associate (Legal): Candidates must hold an LLB/LLM degree from a top-tier law university, be no older than 30 years of age, and possess 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Senior Associate (IT): Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech or M.Tech (CS/IT/EC) degree from an IIT/NIT, be no older than 40 years of age, and possess 2–9 years of relevant experience.
What is the Salary?
The salary structure has been determined separately for each position. A monthly salary ranging from approximately ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 will be offered for the Associate position; ₹80,000 to ₹1,50,000 for the Senior Associate position; and ₹1,50,000 to ₹2,75,000 for the Consultant position.
How will the Selection Process be Conducted?
Recruitment for the Young Professional positions will be based on an assessment of the candidates' qualifications and experience. Initially, a Screening Committee will shortlist eligible candidates; subsequently, a Selection Committee will conduct the final evaluation through a written examination, a group discussion, and a personal interview.
