NCL Apprentice Vacancy 2025: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has officially released the notification for NCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025. NCL will fill 94 positions for Graduate and Diploma Apprentices. Eligible candidates residing in Madhya Pradesh or Uttar Pradesh can apply online through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal from December 9th to December 23rd, 2025.

This recruitment has 26 slots available for Commerce Graduates (B.Com.), while 68 slots are reserved for Diploma holders in Civil Engineering.

Who can apply?
B.Com. Graduate Trainees: A 3-year full-time UGC-recognized Bachelor of Commerce degree is required.
Civil Engineering Apprentices: A 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering, recognized by AICTE or a State Board, is required.

The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and the maximum age 26 years as of 01/12/2025.

Stipend Details
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the norms of the Government of India and NCL. Graduate Trainees (B.Com.) will be provided a stipend of Rs. 12,300 per month and Diploma Apprentices (Civil Engineering) will receive a stipend of Rs. 10,900 per month.

Selection Process
Selection is based entirely on academic merit and document verification. Online applications are to be submitted through the NATS portal. Shortlisting will be done based on marks, followed by document verification and medical examination. A merit list will be prepared, and the final apprenticeship agreement will be signed.
