NCL Recruitment 2025: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has started the online application process for 1765 Apprentice posts from today i.e. 24th February. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these through the official website. These posts are available to hire apprentice trainees for opportunities in the respective subjects of Graduation / Diploma (Engineering and Non-Engineering) and Trade (ITI-designated trade).
Details of vacancies
Out of a total of 1765 vacancies, 227 posts are reserved for Graduate Apprentice, 797 posts for Diploma Apprentice, and 941 posts for Trade Apprentice. The required qualifications for different posts are different, which candidates have to keep in mind.
Qualification for application
For the post of Graduate Apprentice, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field. To apply for the post of Diploma Apprentice, the candidate must have a Diploma in the relevant engineering field. At the same time, for the post of Trade Apprentice, the candidate must have an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Apart from this, the prescribed age limit for the candidates should be between 18 to 26 years.
Salary Details
Talking about the salary details, after appointment to the post of Graduate Apprentice, the candidates will get a stipend of Rs 9000 per month. On being appointed to the post of Diploma Apprentice, a stipend of Rs 8000 per month will be given. At the same time, candidates with 1 year trade certificate on the post of Trade Apprentice will get a stipend of Rs 7700 per month, and candidates with 2 2-year ITI course will get a stipend of Rs 8050 per month.

Go to the “Menu” option on the home page and click on the “Career” option, then click on the “Apprenticeship Training” link.
Now click on the “Apply Online” link.
Register by filling in the required information.
After registration, fill the application form and enter all the information correctly.
Upload the documents in the correct size and format.
Submit the application form. Candidates must take a printout of the application form for future reference.
