Who Can Apply?
HEMM Operator (Trainee): Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th Grade) from a recognized board. They are required to possess a valid HMV/Transport license issued by the RTA/RTO of any state in India. The minimum marks required in the Matriculation examination are 55% for UR/EWS candidates, 50% for OBC-NCL candidates, and 45% for SC/ST candidates.
Staff Nurse (Trainee): Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Nursing or a Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) completed after 10+2 education; valid registration with a State Nursing Council is mandatory.
Pharmacist (Trainee): Candidates must have completed their 10+2 education with Science subjects and hold a Diploma in Pharmacy. Additionally, they must possess a valid registration with the Pharmacy Council.
Technician (Pathological): Candidates must hold a Diploma in Pathology from a government-recognized institution.
Technician (Dental): Candidates must have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) education and hold a Diploma in Dentistry or Dental Technology.
Physiotherapist (Trainee): Candidates must hold a minimum 3-year Diploma in Physiotherapy from a government-recognized institution.
Technician (Refraction/Optometry): Candidates must have completed their Higher Secondary (10+2) education and hold a Diploma in Refraction or Optometry. Technician (Radiographer): The candidate must hold a diploma in Radiography from a government-recognized institution.
Junior Technician (ECG): The candidate must have completed Higher Secondary education (10+2) and possess at least two years of experience as an ECG Technician.
Overseer (Civil): The candidate must hold a 3-year recognized diploma in Civil Engineering obtained after completing Matriculation.
What is the Application Fee?
To apply, candidates belonging to the General, OBC (NCL), and EWS categories are required to pay ₹1,000 plus ₹180 GST—totaling ₹1,180. Conversely, the application fee is waived for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Ex-Servicemen (ESM), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and Departmental candidates.
