NCERT Teaching Recruitment 2024: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited applications for teaching posts. NCERT has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. To apply, eligible candidates have to visit the official website ncert.nic.in. Online application forms for NCERT Recruitment 2024 will be filled by 5 pm on 16 August 2024.
NCERT Recruitment 2024: Details of posts
A total of 123 posts are to be filled through this recruitment drive, which includes 33 posts of Professor, 58 posts of Associate Professor, 31 posts of Assistant Professor, and 1 post of Assistant Librarian.
NCERT Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification
For the post of Professor, there should be a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching or research in a university, college, or institute with a PhD degree in the relevant subject. For an Associate Professor, there should be eight years of experience with a PhD degree in the relevant subject and with good academic record. At the same time, for the post of Associate Professor, there should be a master's degree with 55 percent marks along with NET or SLET.
NCERT Recruitment 2024: Monthly Salary
For the post of Professor, a salary of Rs 1, 44, 200 will be given per month. Candidates selected for the post of Associate Professor will be given a monthly salary of Rs 1, 31, 400, and candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and Assistant Librarian will be given a monthly salary of Rs 57, 700.
NCERT Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
For NCERT Recruitment 2024, candidates of UR, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. At the same time, candidates of SC, ST, and PWD categories will not have to pay any kind of fee. The application fee has to be paid in online mode through a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
