The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has revised the application schedule for the recruitment of 53 Group B and Group C posts. According to the Board, the start date for the application process has been changed due to administrative reasons. The online application process will now commence on July 7, 2026. Interested candidates can apply via the official website until July 31, 2026. All applications will be accepted solely through the official NBEMS website.

This recruitment drive aims to fill positions such as Junior Assistant, Stenographer, Junior Accountant, Junior Programmer, and Deputy Director (Medical). Selection will be based on a computer-based examination and, where applicable, a skill test. A total of 53 Group B and Group C posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. The Board has also clarified that the number of vacancies is subject to change based on requirements.

**Qualifications and Age Limit**
Specific educational qualifications have been prescribed for the various posts. For the post of Deputy Director (Medical), a recognized postgraduate medical degree and a maximum age of 35 years are required. For the Junior Programmer post, a degree in BE, B.Tech, BCA, or a qualification related to Computer Science, IT, or Electronics is required. Candidates applying for the Junior Accountant post must hold a graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Commerce. For the posts of Stenographer and Junior Assistant, candidates must have passed Class 12 and possess relevant skills and computer knowledge.

**Application Fee and Selection Process**
Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS/UR categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹1,500 plus 18% GST. However, SC, ST, PwD (Persons with Disabilities), and female candidates are exempted from the application fee. The selection process will begin with a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Subsequently, a computer knowledge or skill test will be conducted for posts where it is required. There will be no interview for any Group B or Group C post in this recruitment drive.

Thereafter, fill out the application form, upload the necessary documents, pay the fee, and submit the form.
