NBCC Vacancy: NBCC (India) Limited has released a new notification for recruitment to the positions of Junior Engineer, Senior Project Executive, Manager, and other professional positions. A total of 59 positions will be filled through this recruitment drive. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on the NBCC official website from March 6, 2026. This recruitment drive is being conducted for various departments such as Engineering, Architecture, Human Resources, and Finance.
What are the required educational qualifications?
GM (Engineering): Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in the PMC/EPC/Real Estate or Infrastructure sector.
Manager (Architecture): Candidates must have a degree in Architecture with at least 60% marks and 6 years of experience in planning and designing.
Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): Candidates must be qualified as a Company Secretary (CS) and have at least 3 years of experience in legal compliance.
Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications): Must possess a postgraduate degree or diploma in mass communication, journalism, or public relations with at least 60% marks, and two years of experience in corporate imaging and media management.
Senior Project Executive (Civil): Candidates must possess a degree in civil engineering with at least 60% marks and at least two years of experience in the PMC/EPC/real estate or infrastructure sector.
Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Must possess a three-year full-time diploma in a relevant engineering discipline with at least 60% marks.
How will the selection process be conducted?
E-6 level positions: Candidates will be selected based on a personal interview only.
E-3, E-2, and E-1 level positions: For these positions, a computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted first, followed by a personal interview for eligible candidates.
E-0 level positions: Candidates will first be required to pass a skill test, followed by a personal interview.
S-3 level positions: Candidates for these positions will be selected through a computer-based test (CBT).
Salary and other benefits
General Manager (Engineering): ₹90,000 to ₹240,000 per month
Manager: ₹60,000 to ₹180,000 per month
Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 to ₹140,000 per month
Junior Engineer: ₹27,270 per month (fixed salary)
Selected candidates will also receive benefits such as CPF, medical benefits for self and dependents, gratuity, and leave encashment as per company rules.
