Navy Vacancy 2026: Today is the last day to apply for the Indian Navy's 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme (2027). Students who have qualified in the JEE Main 2026 exam have an opportunity to become officers in the Indian Navy. The application process for this recruitment drive began on May 29. Applications must be submitted via the Navy's website, joinindiannavy.gov.in.

**Who can apply?**
The primary requirement for the Navy's 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme is that candidates must be unmarried. Additionally, candidates must have passed Class 12 (PCM stream) with at least 70% marks. A minimum of 50% marks in English (in either Class 10 or Class 12) is also mandatory. Along with these criteria, qualifying in the JEE Main 2026 exam is essential. Candidates must also meet the Navy's physical and medical standards.
**Age Limit**
For the Navy's Cadet Entry Scheme, candidates must have been born between July 2, 2007, and January 1, 2010.
**Selection Process**
(a) Naval Headquarters reserves the right to determine the cut-off for shortlisting applications for the SSB interview based on the JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List (CRL) – 2024. All candidates must enter their rank as per the Common Rank List (CRL) in their application. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the SSB interview at Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, or Visakhapatnam starting in March 2027.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection for the SSB interview via email and SMS (using the contact details provided in their application forms). Candidates are advised not to change their e-mail address or mobile number until the selection process is complete.
